Refund policy

At Holy Treads Co., we stand behind every product we offer. Because our items are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, we want to be upfront about how returns and refunds work.

All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders Since each item is printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We encourage you to review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@holytreadsco.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item and the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
